We carefully prepare and pack every order with attention to detail. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns

We want you to love your Elyse jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at szczutkowskijan@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
